- Shortlisted: $995/month or $9,950/year. 6 delivered mentions a month (at least 2 editorial), 50 prompts tracked, fix pack of up to 10 fixes, monthly report, press release and syndication quarterly, when there's real news. For a business competing for the "best X in Y" answers.

### What is a delivered mention?

A live page that names your business with a line on what you do, in a place AI already reads for your category. That can be an editorial article (a best-of list, a comparison or a guide), a helpful answer in an existing Reddit or forum thread, or a directory or comparison listing. It counts when it is live, not when it is pitched. Your report shows the link and a screenshot.

### Can you guarantee AI will recommend us?

No. Nobody can, and anyone who says they can is guessing. AI answers change by day, location and model. What we control is the work: mentions placed where AI looks, fixes written for your site, and a report that shows what moved.

### Do you need access to our website?

No. We never log into your site or any of your accounts. The fix pack is ready-to-paste copy, schema and settings. You or your web person paste it in.

### What if a mention slips?

It carries into next month. You always get the number of mentions your plan says, counted when they go live.

### Can I cancel?

Yes, any time. Plans roll monthly with no contract and no setup fee. Cancel and you won't be billed again.

### Do you do calls?

No. Everything happens by email: onboarding, the monthly report, the fix pack and questions. It keeps the price down and gives you a written record of every month.

### Which AI platforms do you track?

### How long until we see movement?

Mentions go live during the month and the report shows each one. Answers shift as each AI platform re-reads the web, which can take weeks or a few months and differs by platform. We don't promise a date. We show you the score, who is named and what moved, every month.

### What's the difference between the plans?

Visible is $495 a month for 3 delivered mentions (at least 1 editorial), 25 prompts tracked and up to 5 fixes. Shortlisted is $995 a month for 6 mentions (at least 2 editorial), 50 prompts, up to 10 fixes and a press release each quarter when there's real news.

### Are community mentions disclosed?

Yes. Thread answers come from disclosed or genuine accounts and are written to help the person asking. We don't do undisclosed paid posting. It breaks Reddit's rules and UK consumer law. See our disclosure page for the detail.
