Be the business AI recommends in your town

When customers ask ChatGPT, Claude or Google for the best plumber, dentist or Sunday roast near them, each AI picks a handful of local names from different places. We make sure you're listed, correct and worth recommending in all of them. £199 a month, everything by email.

Example questions

  • “best plumber in Norwich”
  • “dentist near me open Saturday”
  • “best Sunday roast in Bath”

The problem

AI names a handful of local businesses. The rest don't exist.

Customers don't scroll a map anymore. They ask, and they call whoever AI names first.

ChatGPT
Who's the best plumber in Norwich?

Here are three well-reviewed options:

  1. 1Wensum Plumbing: same-day call-outs, strong reviews
  2. 2Fine City Heating: boiler specialists, fixed prices
  3. 3Riverside Pipe & Drain: open late, covers all of Norwich

Where each AI looks

Each AI looks somewhere different

ChatGPT

Searches the web through Bing

Looks at

  • Bing Places
  • Foursquare
  • Yelp
  • Apple Maps

Your Google profile alone won't get you here.

Claude

Searches the open web through Brave

Looks at

  • Your website
  • Directories
  • Review sites
  • Local press

A clear website and listings that agree with it do the work.

Google AI Mode

Reads Google's own data

Looks at

  • Google Business Profile
  • Google reviews

The one most local businesses already look after.

Most local businesses only look after Google. That leaves two of the three biggest AI assistants guessing.

What's included

Your site and profile first. Then your listings.

AI checks your website and profile when it decides whether to recommend you. So Month 1 fixes those, and listings start in Month 2, pointing at a site and profile that answer the question.

  1. Month 1: your site and profile

No listings yet. This month fixes what you own.

    • Baseline local AI report10 local questions checked on ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI Mode, showing who each one recommends and which sources it cites.
    • Listings auditWhere you're listed today across the places each AI reads, with every gap and mismatch. No submissions this month; this is the plan for Month 2.
    • 3 website fixes, written to pasteA clear answer block on your main service or location page, an answer for your top local question, and LocalBusiness schema. This is what Bing and Brave crawl, so it's what ChatGPT and Claude read.
    • Google Business Profile copy, written to pasteDescription, categories, services and Q&A. It's your own profile, so it belongs in Month 1.
    • Review planWhich review sites matter for your trade, and email and text templates to ask real customers.

Delivered within 10 working days of your onboarding form.

  2. Months 2 and 3: your listings

Month 2: 15 listings built or fixed, the ones each AI reads first. Name, address and phone made identical everywhere.

    • For ChatGPT

Bing Places, Foursquare, Yelp, Apple Business Connect

    • For Claude

The top UK directories for your trade

    • For Google AI Mode

Google Business Profile, using the copy from Month 1

Month 3: the next 15 listings

Yell, Thomson Local, FreeIndex, Cylex, Hotfrog, Scoot, 192.com, Trade directories for your sector

  3. Month 4 onwards: more listings and local mentions

    • 5 listings new or fixed every month, chosen from the sources your report shows each AI citing for your town and trade
    • 1 local mention target a month (local press, chamber of commerce, trade association or "best in town" lists), with the pitch written

Every month from Month 2: 1 website fix written ready to paste, and a local AI report showing who each AI recommends now and what moved.

Review sites we'll point you to

    Every business:
    Google
    Restaurants and tourism:
    Tripadvisor, Yelp
    Trades:
    Checkatrade
    Health:
    Doctify
    Shops and services:
    Trustpilot, Yelp

Why not just publish more articles?

Content autopilots sell volume: a stack of AI articles auto-published to your site every month. That doesn't move local answers. When someone asks AI for the best electrician in town, each AI checks local listings, reviews and whether your details match everywhere. Cited Local works on those signals, by email, with nothing auto-published to your site.

FAQ

Local questions, answered

Anything else, email us. Or run the free audit and see where you stand.

Isn't Google Business Profile enough?

It's what Google's AI reads. ChatGPT and Claude look elsewhere, at listings like Bing Places, Foursquare and Yelp, and at the open web. We cover all three.

Why don't listings start in month 1?

Because AI checks your website and profile when it decides whether to recommend you. Month 1 makes sure they answer the question; from Month 2 we point every listing at them.

Do I need to give you my Google login or website login?

No. We write everything for you to paste. For listings we only need your business details.

How long until AI recommends us?

Listings start in Month 2, take 1 to 6 weeks to go live, and each AI updates on its own schedule, so judge it at Month 4. Your monthly report shows what moved.

Can you get us more reviews?

We tell you which review sites matter for your trade and give you templates to ask real customers. We never buy, write or incentivise reviews.

What's a listing or citation?

Your business name, address and phone number on another site, like Yell, Bing Places or Yelp.

Do you publish articles to my site?

No. Local AI answers rely more on your listings, reviews and a clear website than on blog volume.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time. You keep everything we've written and every listing we've built.

Which countries do you cover?

The US, the UK, Slovakia and Poland, each with its own listings and directories.

AI answers vary by date, location and model. How each assistant finds businesses changes over time. Nothing here is a guarantee of rankings or recommendations.
