Terms of service

These terms cover the Cited monthly plans. By paying for a plan you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, email hello@cited.page before you buy.

The plans

• Visible: $495 a month, or $4,950 a year. 3 delivered mentions a month (at least 1 editorial), 25 tracked prompts, a monthly report and a fix pack of up to 5 fixes.
• Shortlisted: $995 a month, or $9,950 a year. 6 delivered mentions a month (at least 2 editorial), 50 tracked prompts, a monthly report and a fix pack of up to 10 fixes, plus a press release and syndication quarterly when there's real news.

Prices are in US dollars. Any tax due is shown at checkout.

Billing and cancelling

• Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel. There is no minimum term and no setup fee.
• Annual plans are paid up front for 12 months at the price of 10, and renew yearly until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time by email or through the billing link in your receipts. Cancelling stops the next renewal. We don't refund part-used periods, and you keep the work delivered.
• Payments are handled by Stripe.

What a delivered mention is

A live page that names your business with a line on what you do, in an editorial article, an existing community thread, or a directory or comparison listing. A mention counts when it is live. If a placement slips past the end of a month, it carries into the next month. More detail.

What we don't promise

AI answers change by date, location and model, and no one controls them. We don't guarantee rankings, recommendations, traffic or sales. We promise the work in your plan: the mentions, the fix pack and the report.

What's out of scope

• Logging into your website or any of your accounts
• Calls or meetings
• Video
• Guaranteed rankings or guaranteed AI recommendations
• Paid ads
• Journalist PR

Your part

• Tell us accurate facts about your business. Mentions describe you, so they have to be true.
• Pasting the fix pack into your site is up to you. We never log in.
• Tell us if something we place about you is wrong and we'll ask for it to be corrected.

Disclosure

Mentions are disclosed where the platform or the law requires it. See the disclosure page.

Liability

Our total liability to you for anything related to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes

If we change prices or these terms, we'll email you at least 30 days before it affects your plan. You can cancel before then.
