How it works
The same loop, every month.
Your first month starts with a baseline audit and your competitor set. After that, this is what happens every month, for every customer.
The monthly loop
Day 1
Run
We rerun your tracked prompts (25 on Visible, 50 on Shortlisted) on ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI Mode, Perplexity, Gemini. We note the score change, any new competitors and any new pages AI cites.
Day 2
Fix pack
We turn the top 5 or 10 tasks into copy you can paste: page titles, FAQ answers, comparison copy, schema, llms.txt, image file names, alt text and captions. We also check whether last month's fixes went live.
Day 2
Mentions ordered
We pick where this month's 3 or 6 mentions go, straight from the list of pages AI cites for your category, keeping the editorial floor.
Days 3 to 20
Mentions go live
Placements go live in articles, threads and listings. We capture the link and a screenshot of each one.
Day 28
One email
The report, the fix pack, every live mention link and a two-line note on what moved. That's the month.
What counts as a mention
A live page that names your business with a line on what you do, somewhere AI already reads for your category.
- Editorial: best-of lists, comparisons and guides.
- Community: helpful answers in existing Reddit and forum threads, from disclosed or genuine accounts.
- Directory: directory and comparison listings.
It counts when it's live. Pitches, drafts and “in progress” don't count. If a placement slips, it carries into next month.
Images don't count as mentions. They go in the fix pack: real photos, descriptive file names, alt text and captions that name your business and place.
What we never do
- Logging into your website or any of your accounts
- Calls or meetings
- Video
- Guaranteed rankings or guaranteed AI recommendations
- Paid ads
- Journalist PR
- Undisclosed paid posting on Reddit or forums
Why no monthly press releases
Lots of agencies sell a press release every month. We don't, because AI rarely cites them.
In a test report we ran for a ski hire business in October 2026, none of the 20 cited pages it showed was a press release. They were review-site lists, travel blogs, comparison pages, Reddit and ski forums. One was a paid blog post about the business, which is exactly the kind of mention we place.
Small businesses also don't have news every month. A release with nothing to say gets thin pickup and reads as spam. So the plans put that money into mentions in articles AI already reads. Shortlisted includes a release once a quarter, and only when there's real news.
See who AI names instead of you.
The free audit asks the AI platforms your customers' questions and shows your score, who's named and the first fixes. It takes two minutes.
